After growing up in the catering business, Noyes re-joined Atlanta’s largest caterer in 2012 after a 14-year career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.  As President, Noyes is responsible for overseeing the Company’s operations, financials, growth and development and the executive management team. In addition to the companies longstanding local catering division, over the past eight years the organization has experienced significant growth (over 300%) in the food service management side of the business. During this timeframe Proof added new exclusive accounts such as; Auburn University, Alabama, Mississippi State, Jacksonville State University, Duke University, Georgia Tech, Zoo Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, Emory Sports Medicine Complex (Atlanta Hawks Training Facility) and Road Atlanta. The company also created a golf division for the PGA Tour’s; Players Championship, Dell Match Play, Fed-Ex Saint Jude, Northern Trust, Tour Championship, The Dominion Energy Charity Classic, Byron Nelson Classic and Mitsubishi Electric Classic tournaments. Adam re-organized the Company’s corporate structure, adding positions in Sales & Marketing, HR, Operations, Culinary and Procurement to best support operations and ensure best in class service for our valued customer & partners. Adam believes that innovative culinary experiences, coupled with exceptional customer service and client relationships are the key ingredients to success. Adam participates and supports many industry and community organizations such as; Atlanta Community Food Bank Board; Hospitality Business Network Board, The Giving Kitchen Board, Atlanta Convention & Visitor's Bureau Board, YPO Atlanta Board and the Georgia State University School of Hospitality Board. In 2020 he was awarded Atlanta’s Most Admired CEO in Hospitality by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. He lives in Marietta, Georgia, with his wife, Erin, and daughters Haden and Blythe and enjoys spending time with family, golfing, skiing, boating, traveling and the outdoors.
